About CultivatED Minds

As Licensed Educational Psychologists and co-founders of CultivatED Minds, we bring over forty years of combined experience in education and psychology. Throughout our careers, we have been dedicated to helping children, families, and schools better understand how students learn—and how to support them in meaningful, lasting ways.

We specialize in comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and Independent Educational Evaluations, providing clear, thoughtful assessments that go beyond scores to highlight each child’s unique strengths and areas of need. Our approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and collaboration, with recommendations that are practical, realistic, and designed to make a positive difference in everyday life.

In addition to working closely with families, we partner with school districts to provide assessments, consultation, and guidance that support informed decision-making and effective educational planning. We value a collaborative approach and strive to ensure that our evaluations and recommendations are both legally sound and educationally meaningful for teams and students alike.

Our goal is to create an experience where families and educators feel heard, supported, and empowered. We believe that an evaluation should not only provide answers, but also offer direction, confidence, and hope.

As both educators and parents, we understand the importance of seeing the whole child and partnering with families in a way that feels respectful, personal, and encouraging.

At CultivatED Minds, our mission is simple: to provide clarity, guidance, and thoughtful support so every individual has the opportunity to thrive. When you’re ready to gain insight and a plan forward, we welcome you to schedule a consultation.

Best Regards,
Nicole and Becky
